Recording artist, TwoWeeks, is reigniting the flame of R&B for modern times with fresh single, "Real Hot." Bringing in a new sound to the main stage, TwoWeeks delivers a feel-good dance record that is just as promised—and so much more. Bending frequency and creating a vision through sound, TwoWeeks is an artist—and a musical force—about to become a sensation.

With an intro reminiscent of older R&B paired with smooth vocals perfectly synched to the beat, this single is destined to be a hit. The sound reflects skilled mastering without a hint of overproduction. The song's sultry lyrics are balanced with the upbeat background and brought to life with harmonizing vocals. "I wanted to create something melodic enough to capture the 90s vibe but also make something that new generations can appreciate with their perception of R&B," shares TwoWeeks. "It's a melodic vibe."

TwoWeeks--born Michael Airhart--connected with music at a young age, finding solace in music from an otherwise "loner" lifestyle. The Chicago native relocated to Mississippi, where he continued honing his craft throughout his younger years, believing music could change the world for the better. Inspired by his grandmother's humming melodies, his love of melody became his main passion and source of peace. TwoWeeks was then introduced to R&B and the craft of recording through his late sister, Jannie. Once he began recording and sharing his music with the world, TwoWeeks never looked back.

When it comes to creating his signature songs, TwoWeeks generally begins at his favorite place—the melody. “Normally, I start with the melody, but in this case, I let the music guide me to say what needed to be said,” shares TwoWeeks of creating “Real Hot.” "When I heard the beat, I knew I wanted it to be more than words--I wanted it to be about the feeling. I danced around with my son, saying words, until I brought out the song. It reminded me of another record of mine, so I already knew what to do with it."

Up next, TwoWeeks is working on his next project, "HeartBreakWorld," that includes the single "Real Hot." "Overall, the album has a melancholy sound. As in where it's coming from--not the essence. I want the songs to be a remedy for people and whatever they're going through. Heartbreak can come from any sort of letdown you've experienced." The single "Real Hot" is a prime example. While the song speaks to a particular muse, things didn't end well with the inspiration behind TwoWeeks' song.

At the end of the day, TwoWeeks wants listeners to see the positivity in life. Inspired by his father, who volunteers to feed the homeless every day, TwoWeeks wants people to see the "full circle good" of Chicago. "I want people to know that we have the choice of how we portray ourselves and our upbringing. How we let our perceptions of our experience guide us. We have a choice no matter what background, color, ethnicity. No matter who supported us.”
