Up-and-coming American artist LOE Shimmy is bringing his new hit, “Wake Em Up,” to mainstream audiences. The Pompano Beach, Florida-based musician shares his music across the world through streaming platforms, including Spotify, Apple Music, and YouTube, and is set to bring his latest hit to the TikTok sphere. For five years, LOE Shimmy has been making fresh beats, including a feature with Kodak Black called “Bounty,” available on YouTube in video format. When it comes to writing music, he likes to listen to other music to inspire creativity when he goes into the booth to record. He is now signed to Lamar Jackson Entertainment, Inc.
While “Wake Em Up” isn’t out yet, it’s already making heat in music circles and inspiring the lucky ones who have previewed it. “Surround yourself with good people like I did,” shares LOE Shimmy. “Always appreciate your journey and those that help you along the way. LOE Shimmy wants people to vibe to his newest song. By inspiring people all over the world to participate in his “Wake Em Up” challenge, the artist gives the stage to dancers and youth to share what they feel the song brings to them. His hope is to see how his song inspires others and what vision they have when they hear it.
“I want people to know that I am just like you,” explains LOE Shimmy. “Especially my young people. I’m hoping to inspire them through my music to know that you can make it. You have to speak things into existence and live by it.”
