Weezer have announced their only UK headlining show slated for next year – check out all of the details below.
River Cuomo and co are set to headline TK Maxx presents Live at The Piece Hall in West Yorkshire on Monday (June 30 2025). The likes of Bad Nerves and Teen Morgage will be serving as opening support.

Speaking about the show, Nicky Chance Tompson MBE DL, CEO of The Piece Hall charitable trust, said: “Responsible for some of the catchiest guitar tracks of the 90s, I cannot wait to welcome Weezer to The Piece Hall. The fact this is their only UK headline show of the summer makes it even more special – with fans travelling to Halifax from far and wide for this unique gig in our unique venue. The courtyard will be bouncing for this one!”
Weezer joins James, The Libertines, Simple Minds, Khruangbin, Texas, Olly Murs, Rag’n’Bone Man, UB40 ft Ali Campbell, Dean Lewis and The Script among the first headliners announced for TK Maxx presents Live at The Piece Hall 2025.
The announcement of their headlining show at The Piece Hall comes after Weezer shared the dates for their 2025 European tour.
The Los Angeles band, who released their latest album ‘Van Weezer’ in 2021, are due to hit the road next summer for live gigs in Berlin, Zurich, Hamberg, Dublin, Paris and Barcelona. The rest of the upcoming trek includes the group’s previously announced show with Deftones at Crystal Palace Park in London, as well as festival appearances in Oslo and Stockholm.
This year has seen Weezer celebrate the 30th anniversary of their 1994 debut record, ‘The Blue Album’, with a run of special shows, a new concert film, and a “comprehensive” and expanded reissue of the LP.
In other news, Rivers Cuomo and co. have been announced for When We Were Young 2025 in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Weezer followed up ‘Van Weezer’ with the release of four seasonal EPs in 2022: ‘SZNZ: Spring’, ‘…Summer’, ‘…Autumn’, and ‘…Winter’. This summer, the band cancelled a planned box set edition of the project due to low sales.
During an interview with NME in June, frontman Rivers Cuomo responded to Liam Gallagher once calling him his “favourite rock star”.
