You guys are b2b at the next Playaz night at Fabric (this Friday), what can we expect from your sets?
SZ: Our set will be big on energy , loads of mad new dubs including our own and other favoutites .. Plus a good helping of some classics! Maybe even some jungle…
Harry Shotta called your new EP 'a beast' on twitter - he's clearly a fan and you've done gigs together... Any plans to work together this year?
SZ: yeah I've worked with Shotta a lot it's always a good mix he really digs the energy and I think we booth buzz off that!! I'm pretty sure we'll be doing a lot more sets in the future! He’s really talented guy who genuinely loves the music. One of my favourite MC’s to work with…
Are you doing any festivals this Summer?
SZ: Yeah lots of festivals mostly abroad some of them including Motion Notion festival in Canada, Laundry Day in Belgium, plus we’re both doing the Zoo Project in Ibiza for Sun Beats which I'm proper looking forward to …
How did the vocal collaboration with Jessica Luck on the EP come about?
SZ: Jess works with Majistrate lot so we needed a vocal and she seemed like the right choice…
Do you have a favourite track on the EP?
SZ: it’s hard to pick a favourite, I've had different faves at different times but I guess right now I'd say ‘Get Mad’…
And finally, who are you supporting in the World Cup?
SZ: England of course but will see how that one works out…
