North Carolina, June 17, 2025 — North Carolina’s own Bigg Baggz returns with a bold declaration of self-worth and artistic evolution in his newest single, "50K." Hard-hitting, lyrically sharp, and unapologetically self-assured, the track is a clear statement of who he is and what he stands for.

"‘50K’ is really just me reintroducing myself and letting people know that I’m standing on business,” Baggz said. “Even if you're going through your day... if somebody wanna hire you, they gotta book you—this gonna cost you 50. You gotta know your worth.”

Produced with razor-sharp precision and paired with a visually striking music video, "50K" carries a clear message: no one sets Bigg Baggz’s value but Bigg Baggz. “When they tell you your worth isn’t enough, remember, it’s not their price to set—it’s yours,” the video opens with. The quote resonates deeply with his journey, especially after shedding his former moniker “704 Baggz” and embracing a new era as Bigg Baggz. “I feel like I've paid my dues now... to where it’s what my value is to what I've given to the game.”

Raised in Brickyard, North Carolina—a small town tucked within Stanley County—Bigg Baggz’s story is rooted in struggle, perseverance, and reinvention. “I come from a town where it’s two stoplights,” he explained. “Nobody’s ever made it out. I’m the furthest to ever make it in this lane, far as with music.”

Inspired early by his grandfather, a DJ who ran local clubs, Baggz developed an appreciation for music’s power to unify and uplift. But his path wasn’t straightforward. Transitioning from street life to the mic, he founded the group Woodland Mafia before ultimately stepping out as a solo artist. Facing doubt and criticism, Baggz used adversity as fuel. “I was always the underdog... but hard work outworks talent any day. And that’s what I used to keep going.”

The creative control behind "50K" extends beyond the booth. “Every video that I do is coming out of my brain,” Baggz shared. “Nothing is better than working with somebody who can help you bring your idea to life instead of trying to make it their idea.” That personal vision—raw, real, and rooted in authenticity-has—has become a hallmark of his work.

Throughout "50K," Baggz blends street language with cultural references, tying past and present into a cohesive identity. “Where I’m from, my environment, my struggles—this is what made me,” he said. “You can’t forget your foundation... the street is really just like the corporate world. It’s just different forms of terminology.”

Beyond music, Bigg Baggz is building an empire. With his upcoming documentary Perfect Timing, a mini-series in development, a written book, a clothing line called Good and Evil, and a planned “Bigg Baggz & Friends” festival in his hometown, he’s setting the blueprint for creative and entrepreneurial longevity.

Still, for Baggz, success is about more than money. “I used to be a money-driven person until I found out that’s probably why you won’t get any money,” he said. “I’m further than I was, but I know I’m not stopping.”

"50K" is a bold reminder to stand tall, speak your value, and never let the world tell you who you are. “Even if a person tells you no a thousand times, it only takes one year to change your whole situation,” he said. “Trust the process. Believe in yourself. Never take no for an answer.”
