There’s a calm assurance woven into Brian Turner’s latest single, “Come To Pass.” Rooted in gospel tradition yet layered with contemporary Hip-Hop and Pop influences, the track delivers a simple but powerful reminder: what you’re facing isn’t here to stay. Built around uplifting melodies and grounded in testimony, “Come To Pass” feels like both a personal affirmation and a communal anthem for anyone navigating life’s storms.

“Everything shall come to pass,” Turner shares. “It won’t come to stay, but it will come to pass. In due time, whatever you’re going through, it will pass.”

Based in Texas, Turner’s musical foundation stretches back to childhood, singing in church and discovering early on that his voice carried something special. From elementary school performances to formal vocal training in college, his journey has been shaped by both faith and discipline.

During his college years, he performed at the historic Apollo Theater, where he met renowned entertainment attorney Kindle Minter. Impressed by his performance, Minter praised the show, handed him his card, and encouraged Brian to stay in touch — a defining moment that hinted at even bigger stages ahead. Looking back, Brian has shared that he wishes he had followed through on that opportunity, though at the time he didn’t fully realize who Minter was — a missed connection that still stands out in his journey.

A vocal coach later described his tone as “Broadway-ready,” encouraging him to pursue theater opportunities — further proof that his sound transcends genre lines.

“I’ve always wanted to be a professional,” Turner reflects. “Even back in the ’80s, I was performing and meeting people in the industry. Music has always been the calling.”

“Come To Pass,” set for release this February, follows his previous single, “Holy Ghost Party,” which gained traction both in the U.S. and overseas. Turner wrote the song and melody himself, co-producing the record and laying the groundwork before bringing collaborators in to build out the beat and instrumentation.

“Usually I have something in my head first,” he explains. “I come up with the idea, write the song out, and then I’ll say, ‘Now I need a beat, a bassline.’ I lay down the groundwork, and then we add to it.”

Sonically, “Come To Pass” leans into Turner’s self-described Hip-Hop/Pop lane while maintaining a gospel heart. Inspired by a song he once sang in church, he reimagined and rearranged the concept into something modern and motivational. The result is a record that feels equally at home in a Sunday service or laidback weekend with friends.

An official music video has not yet been announced, though Turner hints that visuals could be on the horizon. For now, listeners will be able to stream the single across all major platforms upon release.

Looking ahead, Turner plans to build a cohesive body of work, potentially expanding “Come To Pass” and “Holy Ghost Party” into a larger EP or album of seven to eight songs. He’s also preparing to release another single titled “Bible,” a faith-centered track that explores scripture and its transformative power.

“There are scriptures in there that will save your soul. There are scriptures in there that will make you whole,” he says. “Scriptures that will make you feel fine.”

Beyond music, Turner is cultivating a lifestyle brand through his apparel line, Feel Good In This. The brand merges faith, fashion, and performance-ready confidence, offering merchandise emblazoned with phrases like “God’s heavy supply falling like manna from the sky” — a nod to divine provision. From T-shirts and hats to planned expansions into jackets and sweat sets, the line reflects his belief that what you wear can shape how you show up in the world.

“This brand is about more than clothing,” Turner shares. “It’s about confidence. It’s about feeling empowered from the inside out.”

While no live performances are currently scheduled, Turner is eager to bring his music to the stage. He also dreams of collaborating with gospel greats such as Fred Hammond, Donnie McClurkin, Kirk Franklin, Yolanda Adams, and Tamela Mann — whether as a featured vocalist or a songwriter behind the scenes.

“I don’t need to be upfront all the time,” Turner says. “I’d love to write for them if I can’t sing for them. I want to get into the meat of the business and stand tall with the people who inspired me.”
