Artist Spotlight: Brian Turner

Based in Texas, Turner’s musical foundation stretches back to childhood, singing in church and discovering early on that his voice carried something special. From elementary school performances to formal vocal training in college, his journey has been shaped by both faith and discipline.

We sat down with Brian Turner to talk about their creative journey, inspirations, and what’s next.

FreshMusicWorld: What originally drew you toward making music as a form of expression?

Brian Turner: I want to reach the world to let them know God is with them. Also, God can do anything. All you have to do is trust Him, believe, and he'll do it.

Brian Turner: Prayer always helps, or just sitting down, and thinking it through.

FreshMusicWorld: How would you describe your sound to someone hearing you for the first time?

Brian Turner: I would describe my sound as similar to other artists, but with a little twist. A twist of R&B and Hip Hop.

FreshMusicWorld: What feels most authentic to you about the music you’re making right now?

Brian Turner: I believe my words and lyrics are authentic.

FreshMusicWorld: What felt most important for you to express through your latest release?
