Raleigh-based artist, Jedi Tripp brings raw energy and excitement to the club floor in latest hit, “All Night Long.” With dance beats designed to get you in the dancing mood, this single is bound to draw the party crowds and spice up the club scene.
“Music has always been a passion for me, but my style never really fit in with the rest,” shares Jedi Tripp. Despite not fitting in, Jedi Tripp has developed his unique sound to stand out from the competition.
Alongside the producer Alex Collins, Jedi Tripp created “All Night Long,” an exciting, electric song with a fresh vibe. “It’s a different ballgame,” tells Tripp. “Once you hear it, you’re going to want more.”
“All Night Long” was written in 2019 but didn’t hit the spotlight until recently. “At the time, I wasn’t doing the things I wanted to do. I wasn’t being who I was supposed to be. Instead, I was following in the footsteps of others and doing what they wanted me to do,” explains Jedi Tripp. When the artist recently revisited his older single, the time felt right to share it with the world.
“It’s a party song,” says Jedi Tripp. “It’s full of excitement and free spirit fun. I want to make music that’s positive and helps people keep going. When they listen, I just want them to feel. I want to understand what they’re going through as humans and make the world a better place. Have fun and be happy, love and peace. That’s what I’m about.”
“When you do music when you’re young, is it a hobby or a career?” reflects Jedi Tripp of dabbling in music as a teenager. “When you’re young, you’re just having fun, you’re not thinking about the business, just hopping on beats and putting out songs with friends. I’ve gotten so much better over time.”
“In terms of who influenced my sound, I’m in competition with me, myself, and I. I don’t really listen to a lot of rappers and artists. I only pay attention to how I feel and how it comes out on paper. It’s the storyline of my life or someone else’s life I know. My inspiration is me and talking to God—not really anybody else.”
Listeners can anticipate the release of his first album, LabRat, later this year. A music video for “All Night Long” will also be released in early March.
