The newest addition to Smailo’s discography, “Dance With Me” is a song about love and how to keep things exciting in your relationship. “The track is actually about one of my past relationships,” he explained. “Just me and my girl away from everyone else, enjoying each other.”

“Dance With Me” is all about the emotions that come from being in a relationship. “You have to put effort into it,” he said. “You can’t let things get boring. You need to let your time with each other be sexy and fun.” It tells the story of what we need to contribute to our own relationships, keeping things exciting and electric, rather than falling into a boring old routine. This is something that Smailo stands by in his own relationships.

Smailo presents all of his music in a unique and personal way. “Every song has its own meaning and purpose,” he said. “It's a way for me to describe who I am, and share myself with others through my music.” Songs like “Dance With Me” as well as many of his other tracks provide a deeper look into who he is and what he has experienced while making his way through life.

Separating himself from the pack, Smailo’s music blends a collection of interesting samples with bold lyricism and an energetic sound. Pulling from both a nostalgic collection of 80’s sound and blending it with more modern acts like Justin Bieber and Beyonce, he defines something truly individualized.  His music is exciting and easy to listen to, as well as being filled with personal and emotive information. It is also an incredibly relatable track, providing common ground for listeners to relate to within themselves.

Following the release of “Dance With Me”, Smailo’s audience can keep an eye out for more upcoming releases. New songs will come out throughout the next year, building up to the full release of the My Universe album.

Be sure to stay tuned in to Smailo One on various platforms for new music, visuals and social posts.
