ZeroVodac is musician with a goal: to bring awareness and relief to those struggling with similar emotions. His latest single, “Greed Show,” out May 19, is a statement on depression, exploring his deepest inner thoughts and struggles. As ZeroVodac says, “The making of a broken soul in my darkest times, I want to grasp the world in my hands and hold it once I see the king I am bound to be.”
“I want to create a world of my own to generate music, to go beyond the limits of the mind and the world, and I want to be the light that heals their souls as I create my music to make others feel the emotions and the melody,” explains ZeroVodac. “‘Greed Show’ is about me. It’s about my life at the bottom—right now.”
While his music revolves around difficult emotions and coping through them, he hopes that opening up through music will help others feel less isolated in their own battles. “Once people listen to my music, they’ll see that they’re not alone,” tells the artist. “I want people to see the world I create and listen to the words I have to say. ‘Greed Show’ is about having despair while trying to thrive through the pain in life.”
“Greed Show” began as a simple writing session and progressed into a single. “I wrote this song and thought of it as I was battling my dark mind and life struggling to find what I am looking for,” shares the artist.
Born in Oceanside, California, ZeroVodac began writing music as a teenager. “I recorded my first song when I was 13 by using a phone and a TV for fun,” shares the artist. These days, he explores a variety of genres from alternative rock to hip hop, R&B, and indie.
This year, ZeroVodac is set on putting out more music for listeners to hear. He hopes to reach wider audiences and connect with those experiencing similar feelings. “Once they hear my music and see me for who I am, they will see the world I create and understand me as a person.”
