A$AP Rocky has delivered plenty of memorable moments throughout his Don't Be Dumb tour, from standout performances to unexpected guest appearances and even addressing conversations happening online. During his stop at the Kia Forum in Los Angeles on Saturday, June 27, fans were treated to a huge surprise when fellow Los Angeles artist Tyler, The Creator joined his longtime friend on stage. Another hometown favorite, Danny Elfman, also made a surprise appearance during the show.
Rocky and Tyler performed their 2017 Flower Boy collaboration "Who Dat Boy," with footage of the performance shared by Tyler, The Creator Updates on Twitter. Tyler also treated the audience to his 2019 IGOR hit "EARFQUAKE," helping create one of the night's biggest highlights. Fans inside the venue responded with nonstop energy, making it one of the standout moments of the concert.
Danny Elfman, who played a major role in the making of Don't Be Dumb, also joined A$AP Rocky onstage to perform "PUNK ROCKY" and "Sundress." A clip of their performance was shared on Twitter by @awgecentral. Judging by the reaction from fans, the Los Angeles stop may have been one of the strongest shows of the tour so far, with many hoping even bigger surprises are still to come.
For now, fans will have to wait until the remainder of the tour wraps up before looking back at all of its biggest moments.
Over the years, A$AP Rocky and Tyler, The Creator have turned their longtime friendship into several musical collaborations. In addition to "Who Dat Boy," their official releases together began with "Telephone Calls" in 2016. The record, which also featured Playboi Carti and Yung Gleesh, appeared on A$AP Mob's Cozy Tapes Vol. 1.
The pair later teamed up again for "Potato Salad," followed by "Lost And Found Freestyle 2019" with Nigo and "T.D" alongside Lil Yachty and Tierra Whack. More recently, they reunited on "WHARF TALK" from Tyler's The Estate Sale deluxe edition of CALL ME IF YOU GET LOST, as well as "FISH & STEAK (WHAT IT IS)" from Don't Be Dumb, which also features Jozzy.
As A$AP Rocky and Tyler, The Creator continue showing support for one another, fans can likely expect more collaborations in the future. Whether their next project comes in the form of another live performance, a new song, or something completely different, anticipation will remain high.
