DJ Khaled has joined forces with one of the most sought-after designers in show business on a project that boasts some of the most valuable symbols from Hip Hop’s 50-year history.
On Saturday (November 25), DJ Khaled hosted an extravagant birthday bash in Miami on the night before he turned 48. Present at the celebration was celebrity designer Jeff Hamilton, who has been working with the We The Best boss on a clothing item that bears the culture’s biggest names.
“This represents a lot of the Hip Hop logos and labels,” Khaled explains while holding up a black leather version of the piece in a video captured that night. “Y’know, from Big Pun to OutKast to We The Best to Roc Nation to Terror Squad to EPMD […] this is Hip Hop to the fullest, and there’s so many more too, but we definitely got a lot of them in.”

While multiple individual jackets could be seen in the behind the scenes footage shared to IG, it’s unclear whether these Khaled x Jeff Hamilton collectibles will be gifted to any other celebs or available for purchase.
Khaled himself walked away with the commemorative jacket — which also pays homage to artists like Nas and Cypress Hill — in red, white and black.
The Miami hitmaker’s birthday party hosted a number of stars such as Future, Raekwon, Jermaine Dupri, Shyne and more over the weekend. Soon after the event, Khaled posted a series of highlights of himself enjoying the company of his peers.
“Its midnigh It’s officially my birthday , Thank u my brother @therulernyc who blessed my birthday bless up @jermainedupri @kodaklens,” he wrote on social media. “GOD IS THE GREATEST! LOVE IS THE ONLY WAY ! THANK YOU GOD MY QUEEN AND OUR KIDS FOR MAKING EVERYDAY A BLESSING ! GOD DID !”
