News : Diddy Wants Government To Name His Alleged Victims In Sex Trafficking Case

New York, NY - Diddy has called for the government to reveal the identities of his alleged victims in his sex trafficking and racketeering case.

In a legal filing on Tuesday (October 15), the Bad Boy boss’ lawyers asked Judge Arun Subramanian to direct prosecutors to reveal the names of his accusers mentioned in the indictment so that he can properly prepare his defense when the case goes to trial.

“Without clarity from the government, Mr. Combs has no way of knowing which allegations the government is relying on for purposes of the indictment,” his lawyers argue in the document. “Other than Victim-1, there is no way for Mr. Combs to determine who the other unidentified alleged victims are.”

They add: “[T]he government is forcing him, unfairly, to play a guessing a game.”

All signs point to Victim-1 being his ex-girlfriend Cassie, who was the first person to accuse Diddy of sex trafficking and sexual assault in a lawsuit last November.

Diddy quickly settled the suit for a reported $30 million but has insisted he committed no wrongdoing.

The mogul’s attorneys also claim in the filing that the government’s evidence will prove that his alleged “freak off” sex parties were consensual.

“Mr. Combs also anticipates that the discovery will contain voluminous evidence of consensual sexual activity — making it all the more difficult for Mr. Combs to ascertain which of his prior sexual partners now claim, years later, that they felt coerced,” they write.

They further claim that by the government concealing the identities of his alleged victims, they’re putting Diddy in an awkward position, legally speaking, when it comes to addressing the claims put forth in his mounting civil lawsuits.

“The attorneys and plaintiffs making these allegations are not bound by Local Rule 23.1 and can therefore make (and have made) limitless and unchallenged statements to the press,” his lawyers say.

“Mr. Combs’ denials, on the other hand, are constrained by Rule 23.1 because he does not know which allegations are credited by the government and thus come within the ambit of the Local Rule.”

Neither the prosecution nor the judge have yet responded to the demand.

Diddy faces charges of racketeering conspiracy; sex trafficking by force, fraud, or coercion; and transportation to engage in prostitution. He has pleaded not guilty to all three counts.

A trial date has been set for May 5, 2025, but that could be pushed back as prosecutors are exploring the possibility of filing a superseding indictment, which could add charges and/or defendants to the case.

The 54-year-old is currently being held at the notorious Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn having twice been denied bail, although his lawyers have made a third attempt for bond.
