Jessie J confirmed that all U.S. stops on her No Secrets tour have been cancelled, and her U.K. and European shows have been postponed, as she prepares for a second surgery following her breast cancer diagnosis.
The singer shared the update on Instagram on Thursday. She explained that she originally recorded a five-minute video but decided not to post it, calling it “not realistic to anyone.” Instead, she opted for a shorter message “with more facts, less emotion,” choosing to “just be blunt.”
Jessie revealed that after undergoing breast cancer surgery eight weeks ago, she now needs a second procedure. Although she assured fans it was “nothing too serious,” she explained that it had to happen before the end of the year, which directly conflicted with her tour schedule.
The “Domino” star said she is focused on “living” and “embracing the moment,” while trying to “flow with the vibes.” She admitted, “So, that is what it is, and I’m sorry. I feel frustrated and sad, but it is what it is, and I need to improve. I need to be healed. And I know this is the right decision to make.”
Her U.K. and European tour dates, initially planned for October 2025, have now been rescheduled for April 2026. Fans who purchased U.S. tickets will automatically receive refunds to their original form of payment.
Jessie asked her American supporters to “please bear with us” and reassured them that the shows would eventually happen. “It’s something that I want to do, but when the time is right,” she explained. “You guys know how much I want to do all of it, but I just can’t, and I have to be realistic.” She also teased “new music coming,” adding that fans were already sending in suggestions for the upcoming album artwork.
She admitted she is “trying to compartmentalize all the different things that are happening in my life and where I have to give the energy, but I have to heal. So, forgive me. I’m sorry.” Jessie then shared that her next single, “Believe in Magic,” would be released on Friday. She closed her message by saying, “I love you all so much, and I’m so grateful you’re on this journey with me. I’m going to go before I cry my eyes out.”
Earlier this year, Jessie returned to music with the singles “No Secrets” in April and “Living My Best Life” in May. After her mastectomy in June, she confirmed that the cancer had not spread.
Six weeks following her first surgery, Jessie was hospitalized again due to complications. In an Instagram Story, she explained that she eventually discharged herself after doctors confirmed a blood clot in her lungs did not cause her symptoms. “I finally got a diagnosis of what’s been going on. Many people have been asking, and apparently, it’s called… Dramatic? I think that’s the spelling,” she joked in another post. “My symptoms are the same, and I have no idea what’s wrong yet. But my sarcasm and sense of humor are holding on.”
