Max B and Jim Jones’ long-running feud has once again become a hot topic on social media following Max’s release from prison over the weekend. However, as reported by AllHipHop’s Houston Williams, many of the accounts fueling the renewed tension appear to be questionable in nature. The outlet pointed out that most of the profiles spreading these posts have little to no followers and very few other uploads, suggesting that bots may be behind the activity.

Max B and Jim Jones have had their differences for years, though Max recently expressed that he was ready to move on after his time behind bars. “Listen, Jim said a bunch of hard sht about me. So, we all say hard sht about each other, okay?” he said, according to Complex. “Jim done wished me dead, all type of sht. It’s all good. Listen, man. It’s love, man. I want to start over. I’m a new man. I’m a married man. I got four kids. Like, I’m on a whole different time right now, my n**a. I’m out here to get my money and ride out the sunset with this sh*t. It’s in there for me, though. I’m going tell you that. So that’s the goal.”

So far, neither Max nor Jones has spoken publicly about one another since Max’s release, though Jones did drop a new album on Friday called The Fall Before The Rise.

Even though much of the chatter about Max B and Jim Jones may be coming from bots, 50 Cent also joined the conversation on Instagram. Responding to the news of Max’s freedom, he wrote, “[Ninja emoji] said Max home it’s packed in Harbor, jimmy about to drop a dime on these [ninja emoji] LOL.”

50 Cent and Jim Jones have been trading shots online for months now. Their back-and-forth started earlier this year when Jones took offense to comments 50 and Cam’ron made about him during an interview on Talk With Flee.
