Karol G has revealed the impressive tracklist for her sixth studio album, which includes collaborations with Drake and Bruno Mars.
Champagne Papi joins her on Ahí, while Bruno appears on the song Still.
Judeline and Rusowsky also contribute to BbY WOW, while Cigarettes After Sex singer and guitarist Greg Gonzalez performs on and helped write the closing track, Después de Ti. Karol and Gonzalez previously performed the song together at Coachella in April.
The album is called No Me Arrepiento de Sentir Tanto, which means I don’t regret feeling so much in English.
Speaking to fans during a recent Toronto concert, Karol said: “Toronto, I have some exciting news to tell you, and afterwards, I also have something special planned. For the past few months, I have been creating a new project.”
Karol then confirmed that she had spent several months developing fresh material and was looking forward to releasing the project for fans on August 7.
She explained: “I have dedicated the past several months to creating new songs. During that time, I have also been putting together a section that will become part of this tour. I am excited to confirm that my next album arrives on August 7.
“I am so eager to perform these songs with every one of you. The record is titled No Me Arrepiento de Sentir Tanto.”
Drake was present at the show and appeared on the venue’s large screen, immediately sparking rumours that the pair had recorded something together.
Karol previously spoke about discovering “meaning through her music.”
While receiving the International Artist Award of Excellence at the American Music Awards in Las Vegas in May, she said: “Wow. John, it is such a privilege to receive this honour from you. You are truly iconic, and this will undoubtedly become an unforgettable moment in my career.
“I feel incredibly thankful. Before anything else, I want to thank God because He has allowed me to experience the most extraordinary journey of my life. Above everything, this career has given me what matters most to me, which is a sense of purpose.
“My music helped me understand my purpose. It makes me happy that I can perform a song and express feelings that eventually speak for many other people. Music can offer comfort, healing and security. I believe my life has meaning because my songs allow me to support others.”
