From 2Dope To Sleep On alum to GRAMMY-nominated artist. Not bad for Dreamville’s Lute.

However, it has been three-plus years since the North Carolina rapper’s debut project with the label, West 1996 Part 2. However, Lute has kept busy with a steady stream of features, and nabbed the 2020 GRAMMY nod for his contributions on Dreamville’s chart-topping Revenge Of The Dreamers III.

Lute will formally return now with his new album, Gold Mouf. Anchored by the singles “Myself,” “Life,” and “GED (Gettin’ Every Dolla),” the album is slated to release on October 4. Features include Westside Boogie, BJ The Chicago Kid, Ari Lennox, Cozz, Blakk Soul, Saba, JID, and Little Brother.

Suffice to say, we’re here for all of this.
